Shipping policy

All orders are packed and sent to the postal office within 1-3 business days.

All Canadian orders are shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the destination country, but typically takes around 1-2 weeks.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

We are not responsible for shipping if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.
